Rainbow Rush ("the game") is made by ObiDude Studios. This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
ObiDude Studios does not collect, store or sell any personal information. Your progress (stars, upgrades, best distance and settings) is saved only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized and child-directed (see "Children" below). To show and measure them, Google may use limited information such as IP address, device type and general location. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is handled by Google Play. ObiDude Studios does not receive your payment details. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Rainbow Rush is made for players of all ages, including children under 13. ObiDude Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. The game has no accounts, chat, or sharing features.
Because children play, every ad request is marked as child-directed, as required by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. Ads shown in the game are non-personalized and limited to content rated suitable for general audiences, and Google AdMob limits the information it collects accordingly. Purchases go through Google Play, where parents can require approval for purchases.
If you are a parent and believe your child's information was collected, contact us at the address below and we will help.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
